Before You Call

Are you ready to get that TV fixed? We'll need a few bits of information during the call. Please be sure to check the TV's:

- Make or brand [Sony,Toshiba, etc.]
- Model number. Usually a letter/number combination [HP-R4252, TS2757].
- Age of unit. Manufactured date can usually be found on the back of the unit.
- Detailed description of the problems and unusual behaviors.
